About Meridian Grove IT
Started by two engineers tired of watching businesses get let down by their IT provider.
Meridian Grove IT was founded in 2011 by Daniel Osei and Rachel Voss, who'd spent the previous decade fixing the same problem from opposite sides: Daniel inside corporate IT departments watching budgets get wasted on over-engineered systems, and Rachel running break-fix support for local businesses sold contracts they never fully understood.
Today we support over 160 businesses across the South of England, employ a team of 24, and hold Microsoft Solutions Partner and Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Body status. We've never taken external investment - every decision is made in the interest of long-term client relationships, not quarterly growth targets.
Our story
How we got here
2011
Founded by Daniel Osei and Rachel Voss in a shared office above a print shop in Reading, with three clients.
2015
Client base grows past 40 organisations, largely through referrals from accountancy and legal firms.
2018
Bristol office opens; Cyber Security and Business Continuity practice formalised following a rise in SME ransomware incidents.
2021
Achieves Microsoft Solutions Partner status and Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Body accreditation.
2026
Now supports 160+ businesses across the South of England with a team of 24 - still independently owned.
Our mission
To give small and medium-sized businesses the same calibre of IT infrastructure, security, and strategic guidance that large enterprises take for granted - delivered with the responsiveness and personal accountability that only comes from a team that genuinely knows its clients.
Our vision
A future where no growing business is held back by fragile systems, unclear technology decisions, or the fear of a preventable cyber incident.
What we hold ourselves to
Our core values
Proactive by default
We fix problems before they become tickets.
Plain English, always
If a client can't understand our explanation, we haven't done our job.
Ownership without excuses
When something breaks, we look for who's going to fix it, not who's to blame.
Right-sized, not upsold
We recommend what a business needs at its current stage, not the most expensive package available.
Security is not optional
Every recommendation is filtered through: does this make the client more resilient.
