Careers

Join a team that's hired for curiosity, not just a certification list

We're hiring across Reading and Bristol. Client-facing engineers are expected to explain a firewall rule change as clearly to a shop owner as to an IT director.

Quarterly funded certification days - a full day off ticket queues to study or pursue certifications
Named-client model, not an anonymous ticket queue - you build real expertise, not just close tickets
No-blame culture: flagging a mistake early is rewarded, not penalised
Hybrid working across both offices, with core collaboration days
